30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within that time.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you detailed return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item? The fastest method is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days—no reason required. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
